Account Deletion Policy

Overview
Sultan Game allows users to request permanent deletion of their account and associated data. This policy explains how to submit a deletion request, what we delete, what we may retain, and the timelines.
Who can request deletion
Only the owner of the account can request deletion.

What to include in your request
- Registered phone number used to create/login to the account
- A short message: “Request to delete my Sultan Game account”
- Optional: one screenshot from inside the app (Profile/Side menu) showing your number, to help us verify faster
Verification
We verify requests against the registered phone number. We may ask for additional confirmation if needed to protect your account.
What data is deleted
- Account credentials (phone number and password)
- In-app profile details (if any)
What data may be retained (minimal and only if necessary)
- Server logs and diagnostic records required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance (retained for up to 90 days, then automatically purged)
Processing time
- We aim to complete deletion within 7 business days after successful verification.
- You will receive a confirmation reply on the same channel (Email or WhatsApp) once completed.
Important notes
- Deletion is irreversible. After deletion, you cannot log in with the same account unless you create a new one.
- Sultan Game shows market results only. We do not support deposits/withdrawals or real-money gambling.
- If you contact us from a different number/email, we may ask you to send the request from the registered number or provide additional proof.
